About Jessie Basi

Jessie Basi is a high level experienced personal trainer with over 10 years of experience. She is a well rounded professional who has worked with individuals of all ages and all abilities.
Jessie specializes in working with clients with Special Needs for over 20 years. She has great energy, is full of kindness, and is incredibly patient.

Jessie was born and raised in BC. She developed a love for sports at an early age. She started playing soccer at the age of six and joined alll sporting opportunities in school. Her participation in “Run for Fun” as an eleven year old inspired a lifelong love for running. Jessie started running with her fatehr who was a Physical Education teacher, soccer coach, long distance runner and general sport enthusiast.

Jessie is certified as a Personal Traininer, Weight Trainer, Group Trainer, and a Pilates Instructor through BCRPA. Her focus is on cardiovasular health.

Jessie is dedicated to lifelong learning into the fitness field. Through her company FitFocus Training, Jessie instructs people on all aspects of fitness theory, lifestyle changes and nutrition. Jessie is known for making a difference in people’s lives.
